I purchased a 2008 BMW 135i Convertible from NESCO. Rami was very accommodating and made my experience great. They even met me off site to evaluate my trade. There was an issue with a wheel that was not found during the initial inspection. They stepped up and made things right by paying for a new wheel. There was also peace of mind with the 90 day powertrain warranty. I definitely recommend giving them a shot. I will be back to purchase my next car. I would recommend them and will be back to purchase more vehicles.

The care and correspondence I received from the dealership was among the best I have ever had from any auto purchase. They enabled the purchase of my vehicle while I was unable to be on-site physically and instantly responded to any questions or concerns I had. Once the transaction was complete they continued to assist me with minor vehicle repairs, giving me confidence that I had a quality truck I could depend on. This place is truly set it's self apart from other places and I've had cars from dealerships. The process was fast and easy, I did my application at 1am by 9am I received a email saying I was approved a few hours later I received a call about coming in for a test drive. I purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali my previous car same model was involved in a accident. The condition of this car left me speechless very clean they even went the extra mile replacing button's and control knobs. My only gripe is my rear wiper arm was broken and driver side mirror needed replacement in my opinion that should've been replaced but overall experience a 10.
I am from out of town and buying a car without physically being there is a very stressful event. After looking at 100’s of cars, doing research, spending countless hours, locally and nationwide, I mostly found the same old used and new car dealer’s games and tactics designed to take advantage of the consumer in need. Until I came a cross Nesco group. My purchase was very limited due to many factors, and honestly, follow up/through, post sale customer service was at the top of the priority. I was treated with respect, professionalism without loosing the personal touch, humility, and honesty. There was nothing hidden about this transaction, the car I bought was “used” and almost in perfect condition. What was not taken care of before the sale, and came up after I’ve driven the car off, was immediately agreed on how to resolve and it was done! Rami’s word is good as gold! He follows up and comes through with what he promises. After picking up the car and drive around Dallas for the day before driving back to Louisiana, the low tire light came on. I went to the tire store, they told me I had two nails one on each front tires and the threads were below the recommended threshold for safe repairs. I texted Rami, told him the issue, he asked if I could bring the car back, I told him that I already was 2 hours away from the dealership. he asked how much were the new tires going to cost. I told him I didn’t know, he told me to get a price and text him back. I did, he said get them send me the receipt; I did. I received a check at home soon after with all the other documents for the car. All handled with a positive demeanor! Definitely a person who cares about his business and the relationship with his clients. The car is a 2010 Volvo C70, I bought the car 10 days ago and no issues; well 1 but not major, it is an used car. I’ll get it fixed and see how it all goes... In short, honest people who care about their business by doing the right things for the right reason, not just to make a profit. Good job Nesco group!
While we did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, the shopping experience was excellent. Rami was prompt in responding to all communication and when we opted not to purchase (we were looking for something very specific), they thanked us for stopping in and parted with a handshake. I appreciate helpful service that isn’t high pressure.
We went to Nesco looking for a new suv for me. After working with the wonderful staff here, we decided to buy a second suv for my husband. We never felt pressured, they returned calls quickly, worked around our schedule, and allowed us to take the trucks to a third party of our choice for a presale inspection. Both passed with flying colors and we can't say enough good things about this company! We highly recommend them!

We bought an 05 Lexus SC 430 from Nesco recently, and highly recommend you take a look at their inventory and give them a shot. We were an out of town buyer, so time was limited. Rami suggested, and we got an independent 3rd party to inspect the car (as I did previously on a separate car purchase from a different dealer) in our absence. One thing the 3rd party missed was the lack of pressure in the trunk struts. Rami ordered some and had them shipped to our home. I installed them and they didn't work properly. So, I bought some on Amazon; and let Rami know, and he sent me a check to reimburse my second set of struts. That's customer service. They also changed out a squeaky belt before we took delivery. Thanks Rami and Nile for all your help and support. 5 Stars!!!!
Rami and his manager went above and beyond with our BMW X5 purchase. We found out that their initial 30-day warranty did not cover the starter which went out a week after purchase. So We got it repaired and Nesco helped us pay a portion of the repair out of goodwill. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. They also reimbursed us for an inspection that we paid due to some lost paperwork! Our car was in great condition and they really know how to pick the cars with higher quality, they concentrate on buying/selling cars based on condition as opposed to other dealerships that just try to buy/sell as many cars as possible without really caring about condition and quality.
